All garment photos, UK size charts, colour descriptions and prices displayed on gracella.shop are accurate to the best of our ability. We reserve the right to correct obvious typographical pricing mistakes. If a product is incorrectly listed at an unreasonably low price, Gracella reserves the right to cancel the corresponding order and issue a full refund with advance email notification to the customer.

Submitting an online order does not form a legally binding sales contract until we confirm dispatch of your goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock shortages, suspected payment fraud, invalid delivery addresses or violation of our store policies. All cancelled orders will receive an automatic full refund to your original payment source.

All text, product photography, brand logo, page layout and design content on gracella.shop are exclusive intellectual property of Gracella. Copying, downloading, reproducing or commercial redistribution without written email permission from hello@gracella.shop is strictly forbidden.

Subject to mandatory UK consumer protection law, Gracella shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental loss caused by courier delays, third-party payment service failures or improper washing/wearing of garments. All statutory consumer guarantees under UK law remain fully enforceable regardless of this clause.
